Normal reactions

After digital violence, many people feel fear whenever their phone buzzes, shame or self-blame, anxiety, trouble sleeping, a wish to withdraw, or anger. These are normal reactions to a situation that is not normal.

Small things that help

  • Limit the time you spend reading comments or messages. Let someone help.
  • Turn off notifications from apps that stress you.
  • Keep a simple routine: sleep, meals, movement.
  • Talk to someone you trust.
  • Think about what makes you feel safe: a place, a person, an activity.

What happens in psychological support?

  • A trained person listens without judging you.
  • You choose what to share, at your own pace.
  • They help you understand what you feel and find ways to cope.
  • Everything is confidential, with your consent.

Ask for psychological support through the platform.
