What we collect
- No account, name or email is needed to read the resources.
- No tracking tools, no ads, and nothing is sent to other websites.
- We do not store your IP address with reports or survey answers.
When you report or ask for support
- You can report without saying who you are.
- We only ask for what is really needed, and explain why.
- Everything you write and any contact details are encrypted and only accessible to trained, authorised staff. Every access is logged.
- We never reveal your identity without your consent.
- You get a follow-up code. We only keep a fingerprint of it, so it cannot be recovered. With it you can follow your request or permanently delete your information.
- Closed cases are deleted automatically after a set period.
Staying safe while using the site
