The consequences can be heavier because of social and family pressure.<\/p>\n<h2>Common forms<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Harassment and repeated abusive messages.<\/li>\n<li>Threats, blackmail and sextortion.<\/li>\n<li>Sharing intimate images or videos without consent.<\/li>\n<li>Cyberstalking and monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Impersonation and fake accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Publishing personal information (doxxing) or someone\u2019s gender identity or orientation (outing).<\/li>\n<li>Hate speech against women and LGBTQI+ people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>Digital violence is real violence. Its effects on your mental health and your life are real.
